.) Relax. Letting go is key. Start with most obvious and go to most subtle. A. First relax the body. B. Relax your mind by following something repetitive like a mantra (repetative sound or yantra (repetitive image). C. Relax your emotions by not judging (right vs. wrong)
.) Concentrate. Focus on something. Be it a thought or a dot on the wall. A. start with keeping your body still. Keep your mind one pointed. Focus on a quite until you and quiet become one.
.) Sit in contentment and be. Catch your self in moments of contentment and sit with it.
.) Follow you breath. As your breathing gets deeper and slower your mind start becoming still. The endless becoming.
.) Create ritual. If you meditate at same time on the same day it will have compounding affects.
.) Create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Meditation is like courting your self you need set the right mood.
.) Forget oneself and tap into something greater then a limited sense of self. We are a part of great vastness but we forget to function from it.
.) Harvesting a loving feeling into endless rapture.
.) Make still the three barricades to peace the eyes, tongue, and breath. When these three areas get still a vacuum of sorts opens and sucks you inward.
.) Feel energy! It has different names Ki, Chi, Prana, and so on. It has an intelligence all it’s own. Just feeling it taps you in something endless inside you
